Performance Marketing
Measured in Pipeline.
Performance marketing for B2B companies that are tired of reports full of impressions. Paid search on Google, paid social on Meta, both running on conversion tracking we rebuild first, so the number in your report is the same number your sales team sees.

What is performance marketing?
Performance marketing is paid advertising bought against a measurable business outcome rather than against reach. It covers paid search, paid social, the tracking that proves what a campaign produced, and the creative that campaign runs on. The test is simple: every dollar spent has to be traceable to a lead, a booking or a sale.
Paid search on Google Ads
Paid search, also called SEA, puts your offer in front of people who are already looking for it. Demand exists, the only question is who captures it. We run Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube inside one account structure built around your offer and your margin, not around a template.
Search campaigns
Keyword and intent research first, then a structure that separates buying intent from research intent, so the two never compete for the same budget.
Performance Max
Run with asset groups and exclusions that keep it from cannibalising your brand traffic and reporting it back to you as new demand.
YouTube and Demand Gen
Used where the offer needs explaining before anyone searches for it, fed by the same creative production as the social side.
Paid social on Meta
Paid social creates demand that was not there this morning. Nobody searches for a product they have never heard of, so on Facebook and Instagram the creative does the targeting work. We produce the creative in house and test it against a defined hypothesis, not against a hunch.
Facebook and Instagram
Placements chosen deliberately. Threads and the Facebook right column stay switched off because they burn budget without producing qualified leads.
Creative as targeting
Every ad is genuinely different, not one image in five colours. Meta needs real variety to find the right audience for you.
Retargeting
Audience logic that separates a first time visitor from someone who read your pricing page twice and left without booking.
How we run performance marketing.
Most underperforming ad accounts are not a bidding problem. They are a measurement problem. So performance marketing here starts at the end of the funnel and works backwards.
- 01
Measurement first
Before a single campaign goes live we fix conversion tracking: Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode v2, plus server side events where the browser is unreliable. An account that reports the wrong number optimises toward the wrong outcome.
- 02
Offer and account build
We map your offer to search intent and to social hooks, then build both accounts around it. Campaign types are chosen for how you actually sell, so a 90 day sales cycle is not measured like an impulse purchase.
- 03
Creative and landing page match
Every ad points at a page that repeats its promise. Message match is the cheapest conversion rate improvement available, and it costs nothing in media budget.
- 04
Daily optimisation, weekly reporting
Campaigns are worked on daily. You get one report a week with one conversion number, reconciled with your CRM. Budget moves stay under 30 percent per step so the bidding algorithm keeps its learning.
Why we fix tracking before we spend.
Smart Bidding optimises toward whatever you tell it a conversion is. Feed it a thank you page view that fires twice, and it will buy you twice as many of the wrong people, efficiently. Every account we take over starts with the same audit.
Event integrity
Do conversions fire once, on the right action, with the right value? Duplicates and missing values are the two failures we find most often.
Consent and durability
Consent Mode v2 configured correctly, plus Conversions API and server side events where browsers and ad blockers cut the browser signal short.
One reported number
Platform conversions reconciled against your CRM. If the two disagree, that gap gets closed before we talk about scaling.

Questions before you start.
What does performance marketing cost at All Time Best Media?
One channel, Google Ads or Meta Ads, costs 2,000 USD setup once plus 2,000 USD per month. Both channels together cost 3,200 USD setup once plus 3,600 USD per month. All figures are net. Creative production, conversion tracking and reporting are included, and your advertising budget is paid to the platforms separately.
Is the advertising budget included in the management fee?
No. We take zero percent of your advertising budget. You pay Google and Meta directly on your own payment method, which means you keep ownership of the ad accounts and see every dollar of spend. All Time Best Media invoices the management fee only.
Should we start with paid search or paid social?
Start with paid search if people already search for what you sell, because you are capturing demand that exists today. Start with paid social if your offer is new or needs explaining, because nobody searches for a category they do not know. Running both is stronger, since social creates the demand that search then captures.
How much advertising budget do you recommend?
From 4,000 USD per month and channel. Below that the account rarely collects enough conversion data for Smart Bidding to work, and you end up paying an agency fee to manage a budget too small to learn from. If your budget is smaller, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether to wait.
What exactly is included in the monthly fee?
Keyword research and strategy, the full measurement setup with Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, all creative production in images, video and copy, daily campaign optimisation, weekly reports, direct support by WhatsApp and a fixed call every week. One channel includes 10 image ads and 4 video ads per month, both channels include 14 image ads and 6 video ads.
Do you guarantee a specific ROAS or cost per lead?
No. Any agency guaranteeing a return before seeing your data is guessing. What we commit to is measurement you can trust, a defined test plan, and a weekly report where the conversion number matches your CRM. Targets are set together after the first full month of clean data.
Can you take over an existing Google Ads or Meta account?
Yes. We audit the existing account first, keep the campaigns that carry usable conversion history, and rebuild the rest. The setup fee is the same either way, because auditing and repairing an account that has been running badly is rarely less work than building a clean one. You keep ownership of the account throughout.
Do you require a long term contract?
The minimum term is four months, after which the engagement is cancellable monthly. Four months is not a sales tactic: Smart Bidding needs conversion volume before its results mean anything, and an account judged after two weeks tells you nothing except how impatient you are.
Do you work with companies outside the United States?
Yes. All Time Best Media LLC is registered in Wyoming and works remotely with clients across the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Campaigns and reporting are delivered in English or German.
How long does it take before campaigns produce results?
Setup and tracking take one to two weeks. First conversion data usually arrives within the first two weeks of spend, and the account reaches a stable cost per lead somewhere between week four and week eight, depending on budget and conversion volume.
Do you fix conversion tracking as part of the engagement?
Yes, and it happens before any campaign launches. That includes Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Consent Mode v2, and server side events where browser tracking is blocked. Broken tracking is the single most common reason a paid account underperforms.
